The Coach House – sleeps 6

A charming newly converted barn that pairs classic country style with exquisite luxury living. Its large open plan living space is perfect for family and friends’ gatherings with a fully equipped kitchen, abundant sumptuous sofa, stylish accent armchairs and stunning dining space for 8 people.

The Coach House has three heavenly bedrooms to choose from. The ground floor master bedroom boasts a glorious king-sized bed and deluxe en-suite wet room with roll top bath. A further two beautiful bedrooms are nestled into the eaves of the barn – one king sized and a twin bedroom.

It also offers a unique outdoor kitchen for the ultimate socialising space with its BBQ and pizza oven, not to mention lounge area and dining for 8 beneath a stunning pergola.

The Piggery – Sleeps 2

The Piggery is a heavenly hideaway for two offering a rustic chic getaway in style. With bags of original features including beamed ceilings and a vaulted bedroom with its super-luxe king-sized bed and traditional cast-iron tub in the ensuite this is a dog-friendly retreat that perfectly blends interior style with tradition.

The Piggery is separated from The Coach House by a double inter-connecting sound proofed fire door system making it the perfect cottage for a couple joining a larger group of friends or family, but preferring to have private space of their own for down-time; or equally, as a standalone cottage for a couple looking for a high-quality getaway in beautiful surroundings.

The Shooting Lodge – Sleeps 2

Your own private sanctuary for two, the detached Shooting Lodge is brimful of character that elevates rural charm to high-end luxury. Set all on one level, enjoy beautiful open plan living with a stunning fully-equipped kitchen and relaxing dining space combined with a stylish and comfortable seating area. The bedroom offers an extra-comfy pocket sprung king size bed, whilst the bathroom provides both a walk-in shower as well as a traditional cast iron slipper bath. Outside indulge in our glorious wood-fired hot tub overlooking some of the best views Warwickshire has to offer.

All Mount Pleasant Barn’s guests can also enjoy FREE access to the spa, pool and leisure facilities at neighbouring Walton Hall and an exclusive 20% discount off spa treatments.

All our barns are dog friendly accepting up to 2 dogs per barn and each barn has its own dog-proof enclosed area as well as a wider shared grass area in front of the barns.​ Free on-site parking.

"Just home from a wonderful 3 night stay at Mount Pleasant Barns. The owners Anthony and Julia are so welcoming, friendly and make you feel very much at home. Along with their 2 lovely dogs Lottie and Bertie. The barns are incredible. The thought and care that has gone into every inch of the property show! Julia really has an eye for interior design and the craftsmanship from Anthony is unreal, you can’t help but be in awe of what they have created. 

The Piggery is stunning, perfectly clean and has everything you could possibly need during your stay. A welcome basket was waiting for us on arrival, with a variety  of lovely goodies, fresh milk  and treats for our dog!

We even had a sneak preview of the newly finished Coach House and WOW!!

Amazing place  to take your dogs, its secure and has lots of places to go for a walk nearby, including Walton Hall’s grounds being only 2 minutes away. 

Its the perfect accommodation in an absolutely stunning setting, completely luxurious with a cosy feeling. We can’t wait to return ourselves in the future. I absolutely recommend a visit, you will not be disappointed."
