Witney
This beautiful town is located on the edge of the Cotswolds and is a great place to explore. Witney has a rich history, with many buildings dating back to the 16th century. There are plenty of things to do in Witney, from visiting the local museums to exploring the beautiful countryside. Our personal favourites are the Horseshoes and The Fleece.


Looking for things to do in Witney?
Visit Witney’s Historical Blanket Hall, dating back to 1845, or why not enjoy some local produce at Cogges Farm! If you like to watch the world go by and socialise, you can sit and relax with a local beer in one of the many lovely pubs the town has to offer.
Located perfectly within Witney, just a 10 minute stroll to the main High street is our Stunning Old Coach House, built in the 1700s with natural Cotswold stone. The Old Coach House is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house that gives you a cosy base to make the most of the town and its surrounding areas.
Northleach
This charming village is located in the heart of the Cotswolds and is a great place to explore if you’re looking for a traditional English village experience. The village is full of historic buildings, and there are plenty of great shops, pubs, and restaurants to enjoy.

Great things to do in Northleach
Visit the Church of St Peter and St Paul, known as the Cathedral of the Cotswolds! If you don’t fancy cooking breakfast take a stroll to the community-run Black Cat Café or give The Old Prison a visit, a café offering delicious pastries, cakes and Artisan coffees, that’s been beautifully transformed from a former Prison.
Mill View is a quaint and cosy 1 bedroom house that sleeps up to 4 adults. Bright and spacious, the house is set up to make you feel instantly relaxed and at home. Mill View is just a few minutes walk to the main town square where you can find local shops and pubs.
Evesham
This lovely town is situated on the River Avon and is a great place to visit if you’re interested in history. Evesham is famous for its beautiful abbey, which was founded in the 8th century. There are also plenty of great walking and cycling routes in the area, so it’s a great place to get some exercise while taking in the beautiful countryside.


What to do while you’re in Evesham
Visit the River Avon for a stroll, fishing, boating or take in the beauty of the surrounding Abby Park. A must-see is The Heritage Centre at The Almory, it houses all the information and artefacts from the Battle of Evesham in 1265!
Inglenook is a charming character cottage, that’s been lovingly renovated keeping lots of its natural charm and original features including an inglenook fireplace and log burner. This 1 bedroom cottage is the ideal romantic getaway for couples!


Marsh Gibbon
This small village may not be as well-known as some of the other places on this list, but it’s definitely worth a visit. Marsh Gibbon is situated in the Aylesbury Vale and is a great place to explore if you’re interested in rural life. There are plenty of great walks in the area, and the village itself is full of character and charm with a local shop and soon-to-reopen fabulous gastro pub The Plough.
The Old Red Lion is a charming 5 bedroom period property that offers a luxurious stay for families and groups. The house offers holidaymakers a beautiful heated outdoor pool with a patio ideal for relaxing in the sunshine or if you prefer to cook up a storm then the outdoor kitchen offers everything you need to feed your family or friends including a charcoal BBQ and Pizza oven.
