It looks like we’re in for another cold month this January. If you prefer the indoors during the cold snaps, here are some activities in the Cotswolds to keep you warm this new year.

Afternoon Tea at The Bridge Tea Rooms

Take a trip to Bradford-on-Avon for afternoon tea at The Bridge Tea Rooms and enjoy a quintessentially English tea, lunch or light meal.

The afternoon ritual of serving tea has been developed into a fine art here, where the charming tea rooms are housed in a former blacksmith’s cottage dating from 1675. Served by friendly staff in Victorian uniform, you can choose from a variety of afternoon teas on cake stands, home-made cakes, cream teas and sandwiches, perfect for a new year’s treat!
